RevenuePulse Subscription Terms
Last updated: August 11, 2026 · Ecom Strategies LLC, Bellevue, Washington, USA
The Agreement
These terms govern your use of RevenuePulse, the accounts-receivable automation service operated by Ecom Strategies LLC (“ESICU”, “we”), a limited liability company registered in Washington State, USA, with its principal place of business in Bellevue, WA.
They apply from the moment you create an account. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” means that company.
These terms cover the RevenuePulse product only. Consulting engagements are governed by the individual statement of work signed for that engagement, and nothing here varies those agreements.
Plans & Pricing
All prices are in US dollars and billed monthly. Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST, which is added at checkout where applicable.
| Plan | Price / month | Invoices | Users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free Trial | Free for 14 days | Unlimited | 3 |
| Free | $0.00 | 10 total | 1 |
| Starter | $24.99 | 100 / month | 2 |
| Growth | $49.99 | 500 / month | 5 |
| Scale | $99.99 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
The 14-day trial does not require a card. When it ends, an account that has not chosen a paid plan moves to the Free plan automatically — we do not charge you for continuing, and we do not delete your data at that point. Paid invoice limits reset each calendar month; the Free plan's limit is a lifetime total.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to them, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Billing & Renewal
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe holds it, and we keep only a customer reference.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month on the anniversary of the day you subscribed, until cancelled.
- Charges are taken in advance for the month ahead.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries on its own schedule. Your account is marked past due; we do not cut off access on the first failure. If payment ultimately fails, the account moves to the Free plan and its limits, rather than being deleted.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you have paid for.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. No phone call, no email, no retention process.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan.
We do not delete your invoice data on cancellation. You can export it, or ask us to erase it — see Your Data.
Refund Policy
Monthly subscriptions are not refunded on a pro-rata basis for a period already started. Because cancelling leaves your plan active until the end of that period, you always receive what you paid for.
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full, no questions asked.
- You were charged after cancelling — refunded in full.
- A sustained fault on our side that made the service unusable for a material part of the billing period — refunded in full or in part depending on the outage.
- Within 14 days of your first paid charge, for any reason. This is a genuine first-month guarantee, not a trial extension: ask and we refund.
Request a refund at billing@esicu.com with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days and, where a refund is due, issue it to the original payment method — typically 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which apply regardless of what this page says.
Acceptable Use
RevenuePulse sends payment reminders to your customers on your behalf. You agree that:
- You have a genuine business relationship with every contact you load, and a lawful basis to email them about money they owe you.
- You will not use it for marketing, cold outreach, or bulk mail to purchased lists. It is a collections tool, not a sending platform.
- The debts you chase are real and accurately stated.
- You will comply with the debt-collection and electronic-communication rules that apply where you and your customers are — which may include the FDCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
We may suspend an account that generates significant spam complaints or bounce rates, because that damages delivery for every other customer. Where we can, we will warn you first.
Your Data
Your invoices, customers and contacts remain yours. We process them to run the service for you, and we do not sell them, rent them, or use them to train models.
RevenuePulse is multi-tenant: every record is scoped to your organisation and no other customer can query it.
You can export your data at any time, including after cancelling. Ask us to delete it and we will do so within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax or accounting law.
How we handle personal data, sub-processors, and GDPR/CCPA rights is set out in the Privacy Policy. If you need a Data Processing Agreement, email dpo@esicu.com.
Availability & Support
We work to keep RevenuePulse available and we monitor it continuously. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime SLA on self-service plans, and we would rather say so plainly than publish a number we have not committed to underwriting.
Support is by email at support@esicu.com. We aim to respond within one business day.
We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you rely on, or the service as a whole, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.
Liability
RevenuePulse helps you chase invoices. It does not guarantee that anyone pays you, and it is not a substitute for your own accounting records, your own legal advice, or your own judgement about a debt.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
These limits do not apply to anything that cannot be limited by law, including our own fraud or wilful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Washington, USA.
